Registration Fees

All registration deadlines are based on the local time (KST 23: 59).

* Ph.D. includes Master and Ph.D. students. Students will be asked to upload the proof of the student status (e.g., Student ID Card) during the online registration process.

*If you register both Congress and ICC, the registration fee of ICC will be discounted.

Registration fee for regular congress participants include;

  • admission to all sessions

  • registration package

  • coffee breaks for during the congress (July 21-22, 2023)

Registration fee for an accompanying person include;

  • welcome reception

Acknowledgement of registration

Registration will be acknowledged by e-mail within minutes after submitting the online form. However, registration forms not accompanied by the appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received.

If you have not received the official registration confirmation e-mail within a day from the time of submission, please contact the secretariat at ismst2023.info@gmail.com

Payment method

By Credit Card

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the name of the credit card holder is clearly stated if it differs from the name of the registrant. Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment made to Eximbay.

* In case that the card issuing country is different from your accessing country, your transactions can be declined. If you have this problem, please contact us at  ismst2023.info@gmail.com.

Bank transfer must clearly state the name of the participant, so that it is identical to the registrant payer. Payment should be made within the due date. Participants must send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with their name to the ISMST 2023 Secretariat. All bank charges must be paid in addition to the registration fee. Any unpaid bank charges will be requested on site for payment. Sending and receiving banking fees must be paid by sender.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation of registration must be notified IN WRITING to the secretariat by email at ismst2023.info@gmail.com.

  • Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions.

For cancellations received by May 19, 2023 :

Full registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of US$50.
**All refunds will be made after the congress by only wire transfer.

For cancellations received after May 19, 2023 :

No refund will be provided (including cancellation of Congress Dinner).
